Create your daily Rituals blueprint. The components are G.E.M.S.— goals, exercise, mental, and spiritual. Above all use your imagination to go big with your goal & G.E.M.S. blueprint. The magic is in the experiences you have as you get closer and closer to your goals. Then listen to the meditation.
This module shifts your focus from planning to doing. You'll move into action mode by designing a daily plan that replaces the old "tick-the-box" approach with intentional, purpose-driven actions. The secret to achieving your goals lies in how you feel as you take action, so this module encourages you to prioritize meaningful steps that energize and excite you.
You will design how you want to set your daily actions related to goal achievement. This will be a departure from the ticking-the-box list of the past to a list of "intentions" that get you to your goals more quickly. The feeling is the secret to achieving anything. Design actions that you perform to get to the goals faster, and ultimately, you feel terrific. Rinse & repeat daily.
